While i was away my mom tried to remove a spline nut with a regular socket, how should i go about getting it out? She borrowed the socket from a friend so I would rather not throw it out but I’ve been hammering tf out of it and its not budging.
Forgot to include, yes I did throw it on the concrete before making the post as it has almost always worked for me over the years with normal lugs, it's still stuck just now there are a bunch on holes in the driveway. Yes i have also tried to spin it back on and wiggle it off, no it didnt work. The only tools i had at her house were a 3/8 ratchet, an adjustable wrench and a hammer.
