I know this question is asked a lot but I'm unable to find an actual answer. What is the absolute strongest pal team I can get? I'm trying to reach rank legend in the arena for the achievement but idk which pal team is the strongest and easiest for that.
Steam is basically the biggest PC gaming platform, so do you think there’s any chance it could shut down in the next 5–10 years or even further down the line? I’m worried about what would happen to all our games if it ever did. Do you think we’d be able to connect our Steam library to whatever the next big gaming platform is, or would everything just be lost?
Persona 3 Reload is not available in my country’s Steam store (UAE), but I found a Steam key online that says it can be activated in the United Arab Emirates. On Eneba, the listing also says it can be activated in UAE, but I’m not fully sure how reliable that is.
My question is:
If a Steam game is not available in my country’s store, can I still redeem a key for it if the key says it is activatable in UAE?
Or will Steam block the activation even if the key is listed as “Global” or “UAE compatible”?
Has anyone in a similar situation successfully activated this game or other delisted/region-unavailable games on Steam?
