Need Advice- Replacing Razr+ 2025
hey ya'll. I need some advice on whether or not I should replace my Razr+ 2025 with another exact model or upgrade to the Razr 60 Ultra.
Backstory- I had bought my current razr off eBay, refurbished, mid March 2026. It worked phenomenally. I've been super gentle with it, no drops, no hard closes, not leaving it shut for long periods of time. Fast forward to two/three nights ago, I was hanging out on the couch and opened my phone to see a vertical line of dead pixels going from the fold line to the top of the screen. I was devastated to say the least. eBay refurbished has a 1 year warranty and after a few days of waiting on a response, Allstate said they'd send me a check for a replacement phone. It'd be about 2 weeks before I get the check and I have to send in my current device before they issue a check. So, instead of waiting 2 weeks for a check in order to get a new phone, I'm going to buy one now, get it set up and then send in my phone.
AAAANYWAYS, should I upgrade or stay with the same model? I don't want this happening again, mostly because it's a pain.
