Homeowners Alarm/Security Discount Issue

I have a new homeowners policy w/ a current (for now) discount for an active alarm system. For reasons, the name on the alarm monitoring certificate for the property is not mine (and not a resident of the property), and the name that is on the alarm contract is not on my insurance policy (again, not a resident of the property).

Customer Service refused to accept the certificate because my name is not on the certificate, despite it verifying the property address and that the system is active. I cannot (and will not) be added to the existing alarm account/contract, and I refuse to take out a new additional contract for an already existing service (that is already being double-paid for another few years due to stupidity).

I assume Customer Service is limited in their protocols, which I understand, but does anyone know if it's possible to escalate this to underwriting or elsewhere for a higher-level "manual" review? Or am I just out-of-luck until I pick up/transfer to a different monitoring company that will be in my name?

Ownership Transfer Processing Time?

Does anyone have recent experience w/ ownership transfers submitted online? I submitted one w/ payment over a week ago and sent a follow-up message earlier this week but have yet to hear anything. Trying to gauge whether I should be more patient or need to find time to call and check in.
