Loan/Lease Payoff

Finished my insurance settlement claim, but I still have payments left.

I am wondering if anyone knows how to use the loan/lease payoff.

My claims rep isn't being much help. Just keeps saying they already paid the 'settlement' for the value of the vehicle, but not giving any info on how to go about using the loan/lease payoff.

Edit to add state: Florida

There is absolutely no reward for being a good customer

Being a very good driver, making sure you make your payment and being a diamond member fir staying 7 years…does not guarantee you a discount. In fact you are being dinged for it. I never really understood why they do this.

Pay day

Hey guys, tomorrow is technically pay day but I always get paid the day before on Wednesday. I didn’t get paid today, but I expected not to because I never received the the PSOFT email on Monday updating me on my pay, so I looked yesterday and my paystub shows $0 and 0 hours worked…

Obviously, I worked my full 80 hours and submitted my time. I put in a request with HR and the rep I spoke to, pretty much had no idea what was wrong and had to send it over for the pay team to review.

They said it could take at least 2 to 3 days to even review.

Anyone ever had this issue? If so, how quickly did it get resolved?

Thanks

Potential Claims Adjuster

Hello all, I’m looking into a claims adjuster role. I’ve worked in insurance before but not claims. The reviews look like it’s a grind but if you stick it out, it is worth it. I’m a good worker, very task oriented, maybe slower on computers and tech, but can learn. Basically, will I be working after my scheduled clock out to get caught up? Will I be thinking about this job after work? Or is it a grind and the whistle blows and I’m done for the day?

Just looking for input. Thank you all!

Withdrawing 3Dock

I had 3Dock this morning in services from 11:30am to 12pm. I worked through it and just need to remove it but don’t have the option to withdraw. Do I have to call WFM for this? TIA!

Legal assistant job

I'm so confused. I applied to the legal Assistant job in my area on 7/30. A recruiter reached out that she'll review my resume on 8/10. I still haven't heard anything. I followed up with her on 8/14, but heard nothing. Starting to think I didn't get the job and got ghosted. Anybody go through the same process?

Timecheck

I work in services. I was just wondering if there’s like a conversion chart or anything that will tell us how many minutes = time missed. Or do we have to physically do the math for that? Lol thanks in advance!

I understand

I get that right now in CRM, the workload and expectations are high right now. However I can speak from experience working with 3 of the other top companies, I promise you we have it easier here than there.

GEICO is currently doing layoffs and pinning their employees against each other to make people quit or fire them.

Liberty Mutual is doing the same. Call loads are high, you cannot leave at your off time until the queue is clear, you don’t get much training, and you have to explain to customers that roadside causes rate increases or cancellations.

State Farm/ Allstate/ Farmers: Currently cutting agent pay rate. No flexibility in schedules. no stabilit.

Yes it’s stressful however it’s just the industry standard. If you read P and C news you can see just how bad it is with others. Unless you leave the industry you aren’t going to any different. Is PRG perfect? no! But better than what it could be.

Tuition Reimbursement

CRM here. Who has taken advantage of tuition reimbursement? There are apparently stipulations on what you can take as far as courses. The highway isn’t so detailed so any information from a first hand source is appreciated.

Has this happened to anyone else?

So I have been going through a interview process with progressive since early July , I got my offer letter last week and I let my recruiter know that I did have a gap in my employment but it’s filled in on my resume , she assured me that I should put my correct dates on my hire right , never to send a updated resume she said I would be fine as long as hire right could verify my dates that I provided them. Mind you I turned down a job offer with WASH U because of this company! They email me today and state I can’t get the job because their was a discrepancy even after I already explained to my recruiter that i had a gap , they still did not care and terminated my position for a couple month discrepancy! I don’t recommend them at all because that’s fucking diabolical , I have worked for top companies! BCBS, clarkson eyecare, centene , davita! And I’ve never in my life had this happen . Fuck progressive , and they were only paying $26 a hour for all of this s***

How did this even happen? Is it totaled?

Got a call from my girlfriend that she got into an accident - not sure how it happened yet because she was so shocked she barely even remembered what happened (at least for now). I’m guessing a side swipe based on the damage, or maybe hit a side wall on the road? What do you think?

What are the chances it’s totaled? 2013 Malibu LT

Leaving the company… temporarily. Level 41 employee.

Hi everyone! I am currently on leave and thinking about leaving the company temporarily to stay home with my child for a year.

I have been with the company over 5 years and plan to return but don’t want to lose my seniority.

Does anyone know if there is a return time that allows you to keep your standing? I’m wondering if I leave for a year and come back do I now start at 0 again or am I still viewed as an employee with 5+ years experience.

Thanks in advance!

Holidays 2026

Wondering what our normal “slow season” is going to look like… any predictions? Hopes?

I hope it slows down like usual, but the trend of the call queue this year doesn’t look promising.

Is it a denial? Adjuster trainee

I had my live interview on 8/3 and received an email saying “still under review” last week. Today I got a call that all positions were filled but they would keep my interview for the next 6 months and if there’s an opening they’d call. Has anyone else experienced this?

How often are CLRU openings posted?

I'm ready to make my 2nd attempt coming on board with Progressive. I'm having the same problem I did when I applied a couple years ago, namely finding hundreds of claims adjuster jobs but rarely seeing CLRU jobs. I could swear last time the job was listed under a customer service category(?!). I seem to remember I'd looked for months, then all of a sudden there were dozens of openings, then they were gone again for ages.

I see a "claims customer service rep" on their careers page. Is that the CLRU job? What's the job title used on the list of open jobs? I'm searching for a 100% remote first contact claims reporting gig. I must be doing something wrong. Progressive is a much more complex company than I've worked for in the past, and I super appreciate your help finding my footing.
