How often are CLRU openings posted?

I'm ready to make my 2nd attempt coming on board with Progressive. I'm having the same problem I did when I applied a couple years ago, namely finding hundreds of claims adjuster jobs but rarely seeing CLRU jobs. I could swear last time the job was listed under a customer service category(?!). I seem to remember I'd looked for months, then all of a sudden there were dozens of openings, then they were gone again for ages.

I see a "claims customer service rep" on their careers page. Is that the CLRU job? What's the job title used on the list of open jobs? I'm searching for a 100% remote first contact claims reporting gig. I must be doing something wrong. Progressive is a much more complex company than I've worked for in the past, and I super appreciate your help finding my footing.

When do you add seasonings when cooking up dry beans?

My beans are pretty bad. I think I'm adding seasonings at the wrong time or maybe not enough. Salt, pepper, cumin, BTB veggie flavor when I have it. Do I need garlic or sauteed onions? Or peppers? I can try adding a little baking soda, some powdered bouillon, and hold off on salt till the end. Mastering creamy tasty beans would be a major win. Thx for your help!

Can i use red lentils to up the protein in my sweet potato, chickpea and peanut stew?

I love my chunky sweet 'tato stew, but it's letting me down in the protein dept (wimpy old lady muscles). Due to budget I'm trying to avoid adding chicken. Lentils, tofu chunks, yogurt, more beans? I'm a pretty bad cook and I just can't figure out how to adapt this recipe I finally mastered. How to keep the delicious sweet potato chunks at the front of the flavor and texture profile and not end up with a bowl of mush? I worry I'll end up with a weird mess I'll just end up throwing out, 'cause that'smy kind of kitchen luck. Am I headed toward a sweet potato daal? I do add a wallop of greek yogurt to each bowl. Here's the recipe:

1/4 cup toasted peanuts, chopped.

1 tablespoon olive oil.

1 cup yellow onion, diced (1 med)

1/2 teaspoon salt.

1 tablespoon grated garlic.

1 tablespoon grated ginger.

3/4 teaspoon coriander or cumin or both!

4 cups chunky chopped sweet potato (1 large)

4 1/2 cups vegetable broth.

5 tablespoons peanut butter.

1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes.

1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas.

2 cups collards or spinach.

Lime juice to taste.

Serve with loads of yogurt.

EDIT FOR UPDATE: thank you all for really lovely ideas. Here are the ideas I'll be trying:

PB powder! Definitely higher protein. Could be a way to justify the cost of what seemed a grocery luxury.

Puree white beans into the broth.

Puree red lentils into the broth.

Poached and spiced mini ground chicken meatballs. Possibly a mash of chicken, beans, and spices?

More chickpeas! Can never have too many beans.

Flavorless protein powder mixed into broth something like a cornstarch slurry.

And maybe for body, more and different greens. I'm thinking kale or collard.

Top with crunchy roasted peanuts.

Not sure where this is going. Feels like a mix of west african stew and indian curry. Cumin? Garam masala? Turmeric? I hope it becomes a cohesive meal and not my usual "bad thrift shop meets frat house" flair.

Missing half my bundeled offer pay...how to escalate?

Today i took a bundled order from two separate restaurants to two separate customers. One of the orders was one i had turned down several minutes before b/c pay was way too low for mileage. It popped back up bundled with another order, pay was now acceptable, took it. Picked up and delivered both orders, took pictures and spoke to both customers at delivery. Got paid only for one. Would never have taken either of these orders if they hadn't been bundled eith better pay. Order history shows just the one restaurant completed, and a declined order for the other one. Nothing about me accepting the second better offer. How would you guys handle this? Thx for your help.
