Wondering what our normal “slow season” is going to look like… any predictions? Hopes?

I hope it slows down like usual, but the trend of the call queue this year doesn’t look promising.

I’ve noticed the most toxic coworkers on here are the ones that have joined the Progressive ‘cult’. They believe Progressive can do no wrong. Constantly commenting on people’s posts here and telling them to find a new job or get over it. If you don’t like reading the complaints then stop going to the complaint thread. Didn't your mother teach you that if you have nothing nice to say to say nothing at all? I don’t understand the point of being mean or bullying people because you don’t agree. You literally have the choice to say nothing but you choose to treat people that way. Please have more respect for people and just move on.
