I'm so confused. I applied to the legal Assistant job in my area on 7/30. A recruiter reached out that she'll review my resume on 8/10. I still haven't heard anything. I followed up with her on 8/14, but heard nothing. Starting to think I didn't get the job and got ghosted. Anybody go through the same process?
