I get that right now in CRM, the workload and expectations are high right now. However I can speak from experience working with 3 of the other top companies, I promise you we have it easier here than there.
GEICO is currently doing layoffs and pinning their employees against each other to make people quit or fire them.
Liberty Mutual is doing the same. Call loads are high, you cannot leave at your off time until the queue is clear, you don’t get much training, and you have to explain to customers that roadside causes rate increases or cancellations.
State Farm/ Allstate/ Farmers: Currently cutting agent pay rate. No flexibility in schedules. no stabilit.
Yes it’s stressful however it’s just the industry standard. If you read P and C news you can see just how bad it is with others. Unless you leave the industry you aren’t going to any different. Is PRG perfect? no! But better than what it could be.
