Just noticed this, wanted to share as this is a great and underrated goth album with some cool aesthetics
Looking for this song and artist. I don’t really remember the melody but I feel like the lyrics being something like “well if you wanna take my man” or something to that effect. The music had this crazy sounding blown out synth accordion motif going on and I believe sequenced drums.
I remember the artist had some other stuff put out under a drag persona in some really gaudy makeup and a big blonde wig. Watched a more recent performance video a while back and he’s currently really tall and thin and wears a cowboy hat. I feel like I found this artist via a Jayne County deep dive but I don’t know if they’re actually associated or if it’s just the gender non-conformity that has me conflating them. It was definitely some lo-fi punkish, countryish, outsider music type of stuff. Thanks!
