Hi

Looking for advice on what area to stay in please?

I'm only going to have one full day in Bangkok so ideally I'd like to be fairly close to the temples. I'd like to have a look at Khaosan Road at night (not sure how long I'll actually stay there - I like nightlife but nothing crazy these days - still intrigued to visit though!) Chinatown and a nice rooftop bar. Any other recommendations for one full day would be appreciated.

A lot of people suggest Sukhamvit but I dont know, it's seems a bit far away from the places I'd like to be? It will be my first time in Bangkok and Asia in general.
