So anyone confused on WTF is going on?

By this is mean is since the MTL and other positions are gone, will i have the manager or am I getting some entirely new corporate super manager thats going to send me emails and reprimand from afar because I didn't finish my client and my drop offs and another complex returns while answering the phone and collecting the payment in the hour you give me. SERIOUSLY I have no idea on how this new operation is going to work since all the changes? Has anyone heard or know what the expectations are at this point. I also heard they are changing the commission structure and raising prices?! Anyone here a clue.

PECO SUCKS!

Of course the strike has to happen and the storm comes through and there goes the same wire and transformer that goes out every time the wind blows higher than 20 mph and now in the friggin heatwave no power for probably days. Wtf.

Rant over.

Starting tax prep leaving Block advice.

So I have been at Block for many years and the training and the system and the workflow is great and even the people I work with. But its become a rat race and the pay is not that great compared to the amount of returns and prices as in compensation. I never understood why people stay for so long but when you're comfortable and used to a system you kinda get complacent. I fell into the trap but I just feel I would benefit better on my own. Any advice on software and or a way to get new clients since I can't touch my Block clients for 2 years. And I don't want to put all my eggs in that basket. You know how people like change. Lol

I have an idea on leaning towards Drake, intuit eh I don't know. Any help would be appreciated.
