Apologies folks, I know CFL is very rarely discussed here however I feel like Sports Interaction is really wrong with me.

Just wanna double check to make sure I’m not missing something very obvious here.

I generally throw a few bucks on the first TD of any CFL game to be scored by the Defence. Odds are usually great and CFL can be so wild and random so why not.

Yesterday I put 5 on Hamilton D and 15 on Montreal D — should be paid out 330 cause Hamilton got the first TD from a MTL punt on third down however they’re saying;
“Thanks for contacting us. I received an explanation from the Traders on why your wager was settled as a loss. They said that the player who scored a touch down was not on the DT Team on that snap. 
 
It shows "#14 T.Wilson rush middle for 1 yard gain to the HAM00 TOUCHDOWN, Clock 11:25 PENALTY HAM offside declined" for the play by play line. I know this is not what you were hoping to hear, but this is why the bet was settled as a loss.”

Then after moaning a bit more I get this response;

There is no offer for ST/DEF like NFL bets usually offer.

The player who scored obviously was on the field as it was being punted.

Any advice or insight would be appreciated

Ive added a photo of the CFL official site and it shows the same on TSN, Score etc.

Ps I also was watching the game FFS so I was super excited to win off a $5 flyer
