Hello, I recently given a gift card and made a purchase with figs. Since i had never bought figs before I was unsure of sizing so I had bought different sizes. I ended up returning the other size and requested a refund. The problem is that Figs ended up refunding all my money onto the gift card even though I had requested it go to my original payment onto. I was totally under the impression that it would go back onto my credit card and not the gift card. I contacted costumer service already. Has anyone had this issue before and was able to get it resolved?
