Giving into hunger
I’m about a month into recovery and experiencing EH. I am UW and have to gain but am still only eating the minimum on a good day. I am slowly gaining and it is a long and painful process. I eat an extra little snack here and there or eat something but not the amount my brain and body crave. I feel like if I go above this number or eat too much it will be wrong. I want to go all in and fully let go. How did you finally you finally give into your hunger and eat the full loafs of bread and peanut butter and a lot of food ? Was it just one feast and then u finally let go? I can’t do anything I’m starving all the time to the point I feel like I’ll throw up and my stomach is rumbling, are people in recovery really eat all these foods and full packets of things?
