Being scheduled peoples bitch as a on-call

I asked for part-time hours and I get scheduled 2-3 shifts and 2 on-calls... the problem being that people regularly try to pawn off their shifts because they dont feel like working and fake call sick forcing me to be called in for their lack of planning or discipline to work what they are scheduled... I am now pretty much working full time each week because im called in every time.. I dont mind being called in for regular reasons like unexpected demand or higher reservations or a real sick coverage but when I see that a person who has tried to cover their shift for 2 days is not on shift when I get called in it really pisses me off. I didnt request full time , they did, and yet im being strong armed into picking up their slack. Fucking stupid.
