I made a free 3rd Strike app (mobile + web, syncs across both)
It's called 3S Notes.
You can browse frame data, take notes for your matchups, and create your own custom tier lists.
There’s also a Quiz mode with 5 levels to unlock. Each completed level rewards you with memes about the game.
The Lounge section lets you discover epic 3rd Strike music remixes organized by character, along with videos and other community links.
