Doubling up tomorrow, some incredibly sad shit happened today so I barely wanted to get out of bed. I know life is life but i do feel bad that I wasn't able to keep a perfect record. However, i def AM proud of myself for doing 139 different games at this point regardless so i'll give it a psuedo streak seeing how my wrists literally stopped working one time lmao

Hello everyone, I wanted to ask for your help to improve faster at 2xko, I only started playing a few days ago, but I want a smart way to improve faster and more intelligently.

I need your best tips, such as how to figure out which moves are good, how to read frame data, and generally how to improve.

Although it's unnecessary, I want to emphasize that I play with an Xbox controller, but I also have a leverless controller and I don't know if I should switch because I don't want to start from scratch, but the disadvantage I have with my controller is My thumb hurts, unlike my leverless controller which is much more comfortable for me. Although I drop a lot of combos due to a lack of muscle memory because I keep pressing the wrong buttons on the leverless controller.

Big SNK fan, mostly Fatal Fury and Samurai Shodown. Im trying to see if there is any landmarks in Tokyo I should see while I'm visiting for a couple of days. Pretty much looking for locations that inspired stages in the fighters.

Google is my friend here, but I wanted to ask because what if there are some locations I didn't think about from different franchises.

I’m still relatively new to the fgc and I had this thought.

For example, Ryu is a popular character in sf6, so with how often people fight against him, they’d pick up how the character works and get good at playing against him. Meanwhile a less popular character might be a wild card at certain ranks with how little people fight against them.

So would this in turn help Ryu players learn the game better since their opponent might already have an idea how to play against them?

Idk if this is nonsense or not but yeah lmk what you think.

So basically I'm gonna watch every fighting game movie, even the bad ones, probably with a buddy. And then we'll probably rank them or something, I dunno. Mostly just doing it for fun.

Problem is it's kinda hard to find an actual concise list that meets the criteria were looking for. Like, some lists throw the 90s Double Dragon in there. Which isn't a fighting game series, it's a beat em up. So I figured id ask you guys. What we're looking for is-

- Gotta be a feature length film, or at least close.

- Gotta be it's own thing. Can't just be supplementary material to one of the game (like Street Fighter IV Ties that Bind or the Juri OVA)

- Animated is fine too as long as it's a movie

- I suppose it's gotta be official. I dunno how many bootleg fighting game movies are floating around but just in case.

I think there's an animated Tekken movie too.

What else am I missing? I think there might be more than one animated Fatal Fury, if those were actual movies and not just short ovas. Also i know some of these are horrible, we're gonna power through anyways. Any help would be appreciated though.
