I need your Help with diet
Hi, Headphunk here
Age:35 Weight:300lb Height: 5'9
I have been lifting for about 2.5 years now and it has become a pillar in my life. I have gone from crippling back pain and neuropathy to a manageable amount of pain and my neuropathy symptoms are almost gone ( still creeping in every now and then)
I have made great progress since I started, even got a 400lb trapbar DL pr, but apart from an initial 30lb weight loss I have had a hard hard time losing weight. I really wish I had a coach that would just tell me exactly what to eat lol
I am getting stronger, my cardio is way better than it was all my markers are moving in the right direction but weight.
I currently eat a high protein vegetarian diet.
Anyone got any suggestions or diet plans?
