I had a listing removed a couple months back for violating Etsy terms. After looking into the reason, I found out it was because they had found my same product on a different website. This website is obviously a straight from china type of setup, and they have even stolen my pictures. So Etsy is showing me as the ‘copycat’. I’ve tried opening up a case saying that it is my original product and design and even showing that I had my product listed last summer, and this website shows it was created just this year. They just send a generic email back stating I violated their policy of creativity standards. How do I talk to someone personally? I can never get the chat feature to give me someone. Is there a phone number?
