Possible alphagal?

Yesterday I had to go to the ER for hives on my body and face. I backpack a lot and get bitten by ticks all the time. I've also had limes before as a child. It started Aug 17th at work, I had my normal beef potato salad meal prep that I make for lunch. Around bedtime I was feeling super itchy on my thighs. I work shift work as a firefighter and I noticed throughout the night as we ran calls my palms and armpits started getting really itchy. This has happened before so I just assumed it might have been scented laundry detergent or deodorant (which was the cause last time.) the next morning (Aug 18) I was running errands with my GF (different change of clothes and a shower. had yogurt for breakfast and a Bacon egg and cheese bagel for lunch) I noticed that my pits and thighs were breaking out in hives as well as my waistband. Again I thought that it was maybe just laundry detergent sense it was only in places that were clothed or possibly lack of sleep and stress. Watched the new Spider-Man in the evening, came out and my arms were now covered in hives. Went and got a burger for dinner and my face started swelling up and getting hives. I was trying to do everything to not go to the ER so my girlfriend and I were driving to Walgreens to get Benadryl. On the way there it started spreading up my back and my face felt tingly. I called it and went to the ER. BP was high 140/70ish (I'm usually 110-120 systolic) and HR was low in the 70s. Dr gave me Benadryl, Prednisone, Pepcid and the hives started to go away. Woke up this morning and only had a little bit left on my hand. I'm going to get blood work done tomorrow. Does this sound like alphagal? I had no GI issues whatsoever and the hives seemed to avoid my legs. Any ideas are appreciated! Hopefully I don't but it was one good last burger if so.
