London Multi Split 2 room quote check ~5k Fujitsu

I have received this quote does it seem about right?
I have already asked about warranties and service plan.

Air Conditioning System 1 :
Kitchen/Diner (35sq)
To supply and install Fujitsu ASEH-18 wall mounted heat pump inverter.
Bedroom:
To supply and install Fujitsu ASEH-07 wall mounted heat pump inverter.
Outdoor Unit:
The above listed indoor units will be powered by:
Fujitsu AEOG-24 Multi-Split Condensing Unit.
Will be for the sum of…. £4,650.00
Note:
We have included for all containment, pipework, cabling, drainage and additional refrigerant gas.
Electrical Requirement :
We will require 16-amp single phase supply terminated in a weatherproof isolator adjacent to the external unit.
For budgeting purposes, we would suggest a sum of between £350-£450 for the works.
Should our quotation be acceptable we will arrange for our electrician to carry out a survey and provide you with a fixed cost.
Exclusions:
Vat at the prevailing rate. ( NO VAT APPLICABLE )
Mains Electrical Wiring.
Out of normal working hours.
Design/working/as built drawings.
O/m manuals / record drawings
Any other items not specifically mentioned in this quotation.
