Me and my boyfriend both own the house and he has come into some of his inheritance (£43,000). Our relationship hasn’t been great for a while but he told me he would like to buy me out meaning I’ll lose the house to him which I don’t want. I can afford the mortgage on my own but I don’t think I could afford to buy him out, whereas he can as he will have all that money.

What would likely the outcome be and how much in total would it cost him to take me to court to evict me from our home, is it even possible he can even do that?

I really hope the court forces a sale on the house to make it fair for both of us.

I’m getting really stressed at the thought of this.

Hi all,

I recently upgraded to the You 2000 WI-FI 7 router and wandering what is the best WI-FI boosters to buy? Preferably ones you can plug in rather than free standing ones. I did have an Eero router and 3 Eero boosters which all worked fantastic but I refuse to pay an extra £15 a month for 3 WI-FI boosters.

Any suggestions is much appreciated.
