I’m looking to upgrade from my old LG 34UM65, which has been solid for the last 10 years, to something likely in the 38-40 range to get some more height and better resolution.  Would be great to get some opinions as I’m hitting an analysis paralysis on this decision. 

Any recommendations going into Memorial Day?

• Budget: $1,000
• Purpose: Work, not gaming and don’t watch movies on it. Mostly spreadsheets, dozens of browser tabs, editors, etc. 
• Number of Devices: Generally two (a Zenbook and NUC), so the KVM and PBP option is appealing. 
• USB-C: Ideal
• Resolution: Minimum 3440 x 1440 (going from 2560 x 1080 so anything new will be an upgrade)
• Curve: Not mandatory, but if it has it, should be subtle and probably 1800R.
• Size: Likely 38" to 40", but hadn't ruled out something smaller like the 34U65ZA-B for sub $500 and also didn't rule out a 43".
• Not an Option: Samsung (had two bad experiences with screens (laptop and TV) and won’t buy another one.
