Assigning the Miraculous Cast Martial Arts to help with their superhero work
So these were chosen based on their fighting style in the show, personality, physical abilities as well as partly headcanons.
A short explenation for each:
Marinette: *instert 1000th paragraph about the flying armbar in Chat Blanc*
Adrien: Not only does he seem less invested in fencing now, no its also not that good considering Chat Noir doesnt use a sword. So any system using sticks or clubs would be more effective.
Alya: Her sister already trains it so it makes sense if she would go with that too
Nino: explenation up front
Marc: Purely headcanon but boy would he be good at it
Nathaniel: The couple already has a grappler so he is the striker counterpart
Felix: Canonically already a Karate practioner bur Ill be damned if Felix doesnt get his grappling secure!
Kagami: A karate style making use of various weapons. I suppose no further explenation needed
Zoe: Savate aka french shoe fighting seems to go in line with her displayed fighting. It could also help her adapt more into french culture as martial arts are always also a partly cultural thing.
Sabrina: she is a small girl and BJJ is perfect for smaller people
Julika: I mean we have seen her hit the bag and goodness gracious does she need to improve on that. It would also help her use Cloud more efficiently
Rose: same as for Sabrina but also because BJJ is a relative safe and healthy martial art to practice which I can see her apprechiate given her illness
Mylene: BJJs unknown brother, its more unique/ nieche and I kinda see Mylene apprechiate that
Ivan: I choose wrestling because first he is a really strong and big guy but also because he doesnt want to really hurt others. So I think he would be more in line with pinning someone to win vis points/ help from other heroes than injure them.
Max: This guy has a hella guard and a pure leglock gameplan
Kim: Man you need to train your brain and not get CTE
