Q Minifix VFC GBB based 90% done
Need to re-work stock hinge (a little bit too wobbly), add buttpad and cheek rest. Also need to get inner barrel and test the power.

Need to re-work stock hinge (a little bit too wobbly), add buttpad and cheek rest. Also need to get inner barrel and test the power.
Reprinted in gray filament, threads in place, top rail too (screws will be changed). Now printing trigger group and need some work on stock model.
Some time ago I started working on Minifix by Q.
It uses VFC V3 magazines, VFC GBB HU bucking and GBB/RS AR grips (without beavertail). It can use VFC AR GBB metal outer barrel and 4UAD Magnus hop-up chamber. There are also printed barrel and HU chamber (rotary style).
It got quite unique but working NPAS, fully printable nozzle (two styles, one for printed barrel extension and one for OEM VFC barrel extension for metal VFC barrel), 45° lever action.
Q-serts are done by heat pressed threaded inserts (missing in photos).
Longer barrels and handguards, as well as upper rails are planned, as well as Q Cherry Bomb flash hider (standard 14CCW) and Q Trash Panda suppressor imitation.
Right now I’m working on trigger group (finishing touches) and safety (45°, as original). Printed first parts so I’m uploading small WIP.
After finishing and testing it will be published as paid files on cults.
Some time ago I uploaded renders of M26 CMCS. That project was scraped and I reworked whole body to be as close to original as possible.
Here it is, working and shooting.
In before: yes, it only shoots one BB at a time. It’s not 3 or 6 shooter. There’s shell ejecting one made by PPS that shoot multiple BBs, but its range is very short and it jams. I wanted to make a fun-to-shoot/backup replica for people who already have VFC AR15/MCX/M16 replicas and can use same mags for both platforms.
It has some cool features like a working recoil lug, adjustable valve knocker (you can adjust by it replica’s muzzle velocity), TDC hop-up, working safety and option to run it underbarrel by removing one pin (like real one).
In pictures there’s CMCS version (longer top rail, no iron sights and no barrel bracket), but I’m currently working on MASS version (shorter rail is done, front sight post too, just need to finish the barrel bracket).
I need to rework action lock, because it engages too early and firing the replica doesn’t unlock it fully. Runs completely fine without it right now, but I’d like the extra realism. Also need to make upper rail more secure to the body, now it screws directly to the receiver itself. It’s enough to run some optics, but I’m not confident enough that it will hold the weight of whole replica in underbarrel configuration. I’m considering cutouts for nuts from the inside of the receiver or heat pressed threaded inserts.
Other than that I tested it with GBB Glock inner barrel (only one I got laying around) and it hits square 1x1m target at 30m, unadjusted hop-up. Also got 1.4J with 0.48g BBs. With longer barrel and properly adjusted HU I think performance can be much better.
Video of shooting in the comments.
Thanks to all support and positive comments. It’s really motivating guys!
Sneak peak: next project is VFC based Minifix by Q.
A short video of shooting my M26 printed replica that uses VFC GBB V3 VMAGs. Action lock disabled as it needs some re-working. Other than that works smooth and clean. Power is regulated not via NPAS, but with valve knocker screw, that extends more or less and hits harder or lighter the valve in the magazine. Keep in mind that bolt has to be moved back when inserting or removing magazine.
Here’s a small progress of my M26 that uses VFC V3 GBB mags, GBB inner barrel and VFC GBB hop up bucking. I wasn’t happy with outer dimensions/shapes of OG model, it was really close to the real M26 but quite different. Old model was unable to be mounted underneath AR replica.
Now it’s almost 1:1 based on photos and available dimensions. Also original markings are recreated.
Printed in ABS-CF.
More soon.
Hi! I love M26 CMCS and MASS. Since PPS is very nice as far as we talk about vibe, but totally useless during games and also unavailable, I started to design my own creation. Keep in mind that’s more like a single shot rifle than shotgun, because it shoots only one BB at a time.
It’s 1:1 scale, as close as possible in details 3D printed working gas replica. It uses VFC V3 VMAG, has 3D printed bolt with integrated nozzle, now I’m working on the hop up unit, then trigger group and should be finished.
(Stock in this photo is from low-poly free model), put just for looks).
Works well with Taginn rounds. Accepts GBB AR grips (two versions included), short and long barrel, short and long rails version, stock also included.
Now with full assembly instructions on my discord!
