Is this raised black dot normal?
My parent's 7 year old male cat has a raised black dot on his tummy. is this normal and meant to be there or shall we take him to a vet to get checked out. For extra context he doesn't get bothered when we touch that area so i do not think he is in any pain and he is still happy and affectionate.
