During sat the proctor is continusly talking and whispering,and I am unable to focus on r.w , again and again my attention diverted due to her ? Should I complain?

I don't what to expect but my first module of r.w is hard but the second one is too easy and in math the second module is shitt harder than I expected, I don't know how much marks should I expect, how much should I expect?
