Hello, been using a iphone 12 since 4.5 years & looking forward to an upgrade hopefully to a Pro/Pro max. Should i buy iphone 17 pro max or wait until the 18 comes out & what would the expected price range for 18?

Looking to purchase a brand new iphone 17 pro max non pta 256 GB, what would be a reasonable price?
