Need reassurance 4 days post op

I got my septoplasty the 14th to fix my deviated septum, now I’m 4 days out, and am set to meet with my surgeon to remove stents/packing on the 20th. I move into college the 21st, I know I screwed myself over a little with this scheduling, but I live 5 minutes away from the campus so I have a lot more flexibility.

It’s my first year of college and I am nervous about how the first few weeks are going to be affected by my recovery process. Will I look different? And will I be unable to open my mouth fully for a long time?

I am swelling a good amount, but I can’t be sure what aesthetic differences are being caused by swelling, vs stents or packing. To me my nose looks quite different, mostly bigger, and ever so slightly pushed upward (like a pigs nose.) But to others it’s less noticeable

Does anyone have any reassurance for me? I’m quite nervous, mostly about how I look and how I will come across.
