This isn't a case of "they just had lots of streaks stored before the update". This was dropped by a single player in 5 seconds.

Duped items don't stay stacked after exfil/Koschei.

The only possible way for this to happen is they actively duplicated using disguises within the match I just played as of 11:45 EST.
