Just moved houses, wifi works great on every other device and had worked well on this one until I transferred some files from my old hardrive to my new one, though I imagine thats unrelated to the issue.

No ethernet cable, was running off the in built wifi adapter but after that stopped working I plugged in an external one, that didn't help either. Have reset my network and restarted pc countless times, no dice. Would love a solution that doesnt involve a factory reset or spending money (i.e. dont want to buy an ethernet cable if I can help it)
