Hello, I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my lease for the upcoming school year ( 8/16/2026 to 7/31/2027). Rent is $1075 a month, with ammenities for $33.50. If you are willing to move in before the 16th of August (start of the lease), I’m willing to cover the first 2 months of the lease and the ammenities while also futher negotiating to help people who are interested in moving in by this date. Hi everyone, I'm an incoming freshman at Tampa who didn't know they would get on-campus housing, and signed a off-campus lease for a bed and bath at the Metropolitan in a 3x3 room (Look at photo below for exact room). If anyone wants to take over the lease via an assignment please let me know (Rent is $1075 a month from 8/16/2026 to 7/31/2027).
