Epson P700/P900 Accounting Software?

I’m considering switching from my Canon photo printer to the Epson P700 or P900 but I’m having trouble finding any kind of accounting software that tracks costs on ink and paper usage.

It looks like the proprietary options won’t work or aren’t available. The PORT system isn’t compatible with these two models and I can’t find any download links for the LFP Accounting Tool.

Does anyone know of any software like this that’s available for the Epson P700 or P900?

Some envelopes w/ keychains have been getting ripped open in USPS’s sorting machines. Big shock, a gov’t agency giving me something to bitch about even after jumping through hoops and confirming conditions.

Anyways, if you received a torn envelope without stickers in it, please click the link below so I can send replacements.

TL;DR: Stickers have been sent out to everyone that entered so keep an eye on your mailbox. These were sent to 1,160 people so if you don’t get a sticker you like, find someone to trade with.

Cringey overshare: Thank you to everyone who took the time to enter. Whether you answered the core questions or every single one, thank you for your time. If you shared a memory, anecdote, or felt comfortable enough to be vulnerable and bear the darker parts of your being to some internet stranger, thank you again.

This started for me 77 days ago when I received five designs back from print that I had done up to give away at shows because I was going to be flying solo for a few. I’m insanely introverted and have shit social skills so I use concerts as the setting to expand my comfort zone and stickers as a tool to break down barriers with strangers. After seeing how many people liked the stickers and would even trade me a few minutes of their time to share stories and memories, this started growing and I kept making more. I gave out about 2,000 stickers at the last nine shows and sent out about 3,500 more today. I went into this with zero expectations, my only intention was to give back to others how I’m able to. I can’t exactly define what this has turned into for me or how it makes me feel, it’s somewhere between therapy, living art, and a social experiment, and I couldn’t be more grateful for that.

I just got pack from dropping off every envelope. I revised the terms on selections again. First it was 100, then 300, and finally it was every entry. I felt bad about people exchanging their time and energy for a possibility, so I had to make it a definite. I read every entry and made my manual selections, those people were sent at least two stickers. For everyone else, I sent one of two stickers that were designed using photos I took at shows. I also included my logo stickers, but those don’t contribute to the total count. About 300 AIRtags were also thrown in at random.

If you asked me questions in your entry, I probably didn’t have time to answer them. This is not due to a lack of interest, it was merely a matter of efficiency and I had a lot of envelopes to stuff so I apologize for the neglect. With that being said, please feel free to DM me or contact me using whatever means you prefer.

If you are in the US, you should have your stickers no later than the end of next week. If you are overseas, I ran tests on transit times and it’s a crapshoot so give it until the end of May. If you have not received anything at that point, please contact me.

If you want to send me something back, I am not opposed to it but I do have terms. For example if you make your own art, stickers, bracelets, taxidermy jousting chipmunk bobbleheads, chainmail undies, or you just want to send a note, feel free to shoot it to the return address on your envelope. Please DO NOT send me anything valuable monetarily. If you want to spend money on a stranger, I’d rather you go and buy a meal for that homeless guy at BK.

This project isn’t about money, it’s about being human. Before you ask me why, ask yourself why not.

For those that have asked how they can get specific designs, I will be selling these in the near future with the tightest margins I can manage. I have about 33 designs on hand along with patches coming in shortly. I bought a 3D printer and a laser engraver to see what else I can come up with. I will be buying a photo printer to sell prints from shows after I review/cull/edit 60k+ shots. If those three machines pan out, I will be buying more to expand my offerings. I’m not doing this to profit financially, I just want to make cool shit and hook up my fellow fans with affordable, quality goods to have some semblance of brighter days.
