In the first and second picture are my r4s,the third one is r3s.I can do any of the r3s but who ?

Today we are in another episode of bugs and more bugs.All jokes aside yesterday i ranked 4 my ultron and sig him up 200,but when i had my r3 sig 20 one he was hitting way harder,but now he is hitting 1000-1700 damage non critical and 9000 critical as a r4.Can somebody check who owns it,and tell me is it a bug or am i just tripping.

Im only missing gummy grim and gold grim,i am willing to give anything for those 2.
