Bulk or keep cutting?

For context, I’m 35 today and I started 2020 at ~270 lbs. With diet and exercise, I’ve cut down to 181 (6’1”).

My questions:
Because of my previous weight, can I ever get rid of this last little bit of flab around my tummy and have visible abs?

I run and do CrossFit multiple times a week and definitely know that I could get lean, is it worth it? I dunno! I feel so confused about where to go now. I don’t want to just be skinny fat forever.
