Cut or maintain?
For context, i’m 5’10 and hovering around 158-160lbs right now. Will losing a few more pounds help lose that lower tummy pouch?

Is this an okay spot for me to do a lean bulk? I feel like I need more muscle mass before I could properly cut.

Got mixed feelings, keep changing my mind about what I should do from here. Always wanted solid abs, been working them with progressive overload for years, but they're still fairly mild. Wrong lighting and they disappear completely. If I even swap to maintenance instead of a deficit, they also largely disappear within a few days. This has been the case for the last 10 pounds - abs are no more solid, but energy levels definitely getting hit.
For the record, I've also lost ~60 pounds over the last couple years. While my skin isn't loose, it's certainly much more stretchy than normal, so maybe that plays a role.
Appreciate any input!
Been training at the gym for 4 months. I want to get rid of body fat while gaining muscle, what do i do?
Should I bulk, cut, recomp, maingain? Ive been lifting since January but since June I’ve been eating in a 250 cal surplus that’s where I’ve seen the most results.
Thx
*also what could be my body fat %? I’m 160 lbs, 6ft
How am I doing? What can I work on? Should I be in better shape?
187 from 260 have some loose skin and stretch marks. Ready to put on size but I wanted some opinions on if I should start a clean bulk or keep cutting
Please sharpen me and blur the background just a bit to make this photo look a little better! No AI please. $15 to the best one!
190lb (6’4) Currently down 30+ lbs and working my way down till the end of august before starting a lean bulking phase. But i want to set realistic expectations for the next 6 weeks and set a good goal to get to. So getting a good bf% estimate would help as i think i want to hit 15% and think im about 18% currently. that should be 5-10 lbs away, unless my calculations are off so it would help to just dial that in.
I feel like my arms and abs look closer to mid teens but my back is holding a lot of the fat that drives my bf higher. Added photos of both flexed and relaxed after an upper workout.
Should I go for an aggressive cut or lean? Idk i’m worried about the little muscles i have :( if I go for an aggressive cut
Also what bf % does this look like?
Getting back into working out since letting myself go a bit after having 2 kids.
Started at 289, currently 257. Trying to hit 225 as a short term goal and 200 long term.
Just trying to estimate where I may be.
Thanks!
