Window fell down and won't go back up.
1996 Mk3 Golf GTI is the car. I rolled it up. Half way up I heard a loud pop and it fell down. Now it's stuck like this. I don't have experience working on power windows. I'm not even sure how to get a good look at the assembly in the door. Looking for advice that'd help me avoid the shop.
