Anyone know what this problem is? 2017 2.5 SL

Ever since I bought this car (got it used) I’ve had this problem, and I changed car key batteries twice now and it still has the same exact problem. It goes away after I put the key next to the push to start button, but sometimes the key doesn’t work at all unless I unlock the car using the key fob. Is there a way to fix this?

Anyone know what this sound is? 2017 2.5 SL

I took it over to a shop and they said its probably the pump and its not something to worry about, but the sound has gotten significantly more annoying and the steering wheel feels a tiny bit tougher.

I bought a used 2017 2.5 SL Altima

Hello! I have very recently, (yesterday), bought a 2017 2.5 SL Altima that has over 208K KM (130K miles) on it. Prior to it I haven’t had any experience with any Nissan and honestly, and I’m not very familiar with them.

The car was owned by an older gentleman and he drove it like an old person would. I asked him about maintenance and he said he was kinda sporadic with it and wasn’t always on time, and besides the regular engine oil change he wouldn’t do much else.

I heard that the transmission on these cars is terrible and breaks easily which is what I’m pretty scared of but I wanna do a full car maintenance on it changing pretty much everything just to be safe.

Is there like a specific procedure to follow with these cars and do I have to worry about the transmission much or not? Your input would be very appreciated.
