Anyone got the DA routes for Tornadus and Xerneas they could share?

Looking for 2x malicious armor, can trade 2 auspicious armor or any 2 of my on-hand aprimons

Prefer to do the trades in SV, SwSh or BDSP if possible instead of Home.
