Update on the shiny Uxie hunt in the Max Lair: I’m at adventure 49, and got another shiny Orbeetle.
Doc (the one on the right) is my original shiny Orbeetle I got on route 5 when he was just a Dottler… I got another one from the Max Lair.
Still haven’t found Uxie though…

fishing in the wild area is weirdly good for doing absolutely nothing
sometimes i boot up sword and shield and end up spending more time fishing than actually progressing through the game
there's something satisfying about standing by the water, casting over and over, and waiting for that little bobber animation. no raids to prepare for, no trainer battles, no pressure to get anywhere. just fishing and seeing what shows up
then i remember i was supposed to be doing something else and somehow i've spent 20 minutes catching pokemon i wasn't even looking for
does anyone else use fishing as a way to chill in this game, or do you only bother with it when you're filling out the pokedex?

Sword and Shielders I have a question: Is the DLC worth it in your opinion?
I want to get a pokemon DLC and was disappointed when the ZA DLC wasn’t favorable. I heard about the Isle of Armor expansion so I want your opinions and inputs. Any cons?

I Love This Game
Just some of the fun I’ve had with the game - making my team matching with The Animals of Farthing Wood, 007 for my uniform number, dressing up as Penny Crayon and then as Alice in Wonderland when I went through Glimwood Tangle and Ballonlea. I also a team of Wonderland Pokemon.
This game just has such a vibe and character. I do wish it had more - that you could go on the big wheel like you could in Black / White, go into the lighthouse and had more optional places to explore but the DLCs helped make up for a lot too.
I always love coming back to this game and it has my second favourite Pokemon in it too - Boltund.
It’s nice to find a group that appreciates it.
