Hey, I've recently moved, which is making commuting to my current job at a central store a pain, but there's a group store much closer. I'm curious whether anyone has experience moving between societies, whether it's possible for managers to talk to each other, or even whether this experience is considered?

I've done the application, but it looks like I was immediately turned down based on the online personality quiz thing (that felt suspiciously similar to autism diagnostic tests ngl)
