Hey yall:
So I just got done wit my onboarding tax forms from TJ MAXX, but I’m wondering what comes after it. And, how long does the background check take?

Yo guys I’ve got a question for ya:
So I applied to be a cashier at my local TJMAXX n shit and they call me tha next day to schedule an interview. I go to tha interview on Tuesday at 10:30 AM n tha hiring manager is apparently out of town n so tha manager on duty interviewed me and asked about my experience and what she thinks I can bring to tha team n what one of my goals was n I told her: “I want to try n upsell tha TJMAXX credit card.” N I gave her a sales pitch of which I said: “Are you interested in signing up for our TJX rewards credit card today? You’ll get a 5% discount on our TJX store purchases, 10% off your first purchase, and access to exclusive TJX events.” And the manager on duty was definitely impressed by that and wanted to move me forward in the hiring process but couldn’t get the admin access to do so. She did tell me that the hiring manager will be back Monday n shit n to call if I still don’t receive it but my fear is that I may not actually get tha job. I do have experience wit upselling products n services from Applebees tho. Plus, tha manager on duty did say yes to hiring me but I’m not sure if I’m actually gonna start receiving shifts or not. I’m scared I may not get the job
