Started to feel worse after 2 weeks on 1500mcg tabs

I got my blood work done and I was at 178 for my vitamin B12. I started taking tablets, and after 4-5 days my symptoms magically vanished. Now, after 16-17 days, it's back, like someone turned a switch on. I know these things take time, but is it normal to get better after 4-5 days and then suddenly have all of it come back? Honestly, I feel worse than before.

Switching from Adapalene micro 0.1 to Tret Micro - 0.025 or 0.04?

Hey

I have been on adapalene 0.1% micro for the last 20 months. I use it everyday without any irritation. My acne is mostly gone but I still have some closed comedones left. I wanna switch to tret for its pih, anti aging and smoother skin benefits. I was wondering if I should go directly to Tret 0.04 or 0.025? I will start with twice a week regardless. Any suggestions? Thanks 🙏

Seeking review for Neutrogena Ultra Seer and Deconstruct Oats and ceramide Sunscreen.

Found many reviews for Neutrogena ultra sheer but I wanna know if it works for combination acne prone skin in humid weather. Both have new gen filters but I don't really trust Deconstruct protection wise. Any reviews appreciated.
