So I am currently running a series X. I can't play anything because I can't update anything because it's stopped reading, basically everything. It doesn't recognize the hard drive I've used for 9 years. Just went and plugged an exact identical hard drive in and also nothing. I have a disc in the drive that I can play, but I cannot eject because it doesn't recognize it in there to eject it, only run it. So my disc drive is locked out and all external hard drives can't be read. I formatted the 2nd hard drive as a test, tried every port, tried every manual reset of the Xbox short of factory default. Does anybody have any suggestions?
