I have been playing AC Odyssey on PC via Cloud Gaming. After installing the game now that it’s available with Game Pass, none of my progress/saves are available through Ubisoft Connect launcher. I have tried relinking the accounts, but no luck and starting over this game is daunting.

Unfortunately the game no longer loads via Cloud Gaming in the Xbox app or I would just switch back.

I’ve reached out to Ubisoft but looking for any other ideas! Thanks in advance!

It does this no matter where in the game I am located, I have tried reinstalling and resetting the cache both before and after installation.

Most other games that cause issues either cause my Xbox to hard restart because of overheating (Space Marine 2 and Forza 6 for example) or just crash to dashboard.

I had it cleaned and the thermal paste replaced a couple months ago and am leery of taking it apart myself.

I have full access to both my recovery email and phone number the problem is that I cannot use them to verify, when I try get the code sent to my phone it just says it’s unavailable and I need to get a code from both due to 2FA

I’m completely lost and really don’t want to make a new account after the amount of money and time on this one. Any ideas please really need help

Hello! While playing Forza Horizon 6, one of my thumbstick lost its rubber, probably because I have so much difficulty drifting the car (ah!). Nonetheless, I have an Xbox One controller that I play with for the PC and the rubber peeled of. I went into store and purchase those :

I wonder if the caps will stay in place or it is designed to have the rubber to stay on? Otherwise, should I change all the stick? I saw those that seems to be near OEM :

I have a compatible console my series s is on the higher power settings cus with my xbox one it didn't work on the power saving setting. I do the checks and it still doesn't work. It always bugs out and says I have to check my Xbox is compatible. Now I'm trying to run cloud gaming on my hotel WiFi:/ I've never been able to get it to work. I got it to work once when I accidentally turned remote play whilst I was playing my console. Pls don't tell me you have to leave the console turned on I can't afford the electricity bill of just leaving it powered on. I leave it powered off with the higher energy use setting and it plugged in and turned on at the wall obvs

Also I struggled with finding it in the first place it kept trying to direct me to cloud gaming. Are they gonna dis continue remote play or something? Every time I clicked on it it prompts me to cloud gaming which sucks as I only have essentials

I bought the Xbox Series X because of the price increase coming soon. I still have my Xbox One, and so I was wondering if I could still play games on both, as my girlfriend and I would love to play games together with her on my One and me on my Series X at the same time. Is there a way we can do that without her having to buy Game Pass or anything like that?

I few weeks ago I noticed a badge with a G appeared on my profile. Personally, I don't like how it looks. Is there a way I can remove it or hide it?

Hola a todos. Escribo esto porque ya no sé qué más hacer y espero que alguien haya pasado por algo parecido o conozca alguna alternativa.

Hace unos días estaba jugando Minecraft en el servidor mcpvp.club. Llevaba tiempo practicando PvP y decidí empezar a jugar contra personas reales. Ahí conocí a un jugador que me dijo que jugaba bastante bien y que debería probar suerte en los "tiers".

Me dijo que lo agregara a Discord. Lo hice porque pensé que era alguien de la comunidad. Después me fue guiando paso a paso para entrar al supuesto servidor oficial de los tiers. En ese proceso me pidió iniciar sesión con mi cuenta de Microsoft y poner un código de verificación que me llegó por correo.

En ese momento pensé que era un procedimiento normal y seguí las instrucciones.

Después de eso me dijo que lo esperara mientras entraba al servidor, pero nunca volvió. Su cuenta de Discord desapareció o me bloqueó.

Al día siguiente comenzaron los problemas.

Ya no podía iniciar sesión correctamente. Microsoft me mostraba un gamertag completamente diferente al mío. Mi gamertag original sigue existiendo (mis amigos pueden verlo y conserva todos mis logros), pero mi licencia de Minecraft desapareció y ahora el Launcher me pide volver a comprar el juego.

Contacté al soporte de Microsoft. Ellos investigaron el caso y me confirmaron que hubo acceso no autorizado y que la información de seguridad de la cuenta fue modificada. Incluso un agente me dijo que el atacante cambió la información de seguridad a un correo con dominio @igloss.cc.

Les envié:

-El comprobante de compra de Minecraft.

-El código original con el que canjeé Minecraft.

-La fecha aproximada de compra.

-Capturas de mi cuenta.

-Mi gamertag original.

Aun así, me dijeron que no era suficiente para confirmar mi identidad. También me comentaron que, por el momento, no pueden realizar ninguna otra acción sobre la cuenta; la única opción que mencionaron fue una suspensión permanente, pero incluso para eso necesitan verificar que realmente soy el propietario.

Todo esto ocurrió hace apenas 3 días.

Sé que cometí el error de introducir el código de verificación siguiendo las instrucciones de alguien que no conocía. No estoy buscando que me digan que fue phishing; ya lo entendí y aprendí la lección. Lo que quiero saber es:

¿Alguien ha conseguido recuperar una cuenta de Microsoft en una situación similar?

¿Existe alguna forma de escalar el caso a otro equipo de Microsoft?

¿Hay algún dato o prueba que realmente haya servido para recuperar una cuenta comprometida?

Agradecería muchísimo cualquier experiencia o consejo.

I dont want my dad seeing i pre ordered gta6 because i dont think he would approve of a game like that and i used entirely all my own money to pre order it with microsoft gift cards and i have acess to his emails, i deleted the order placement emails and im just caseous of anymore emails that might tell my dad i own the game by saying shit like “GTA6 READY TO PLAY” and stuff like that. Can someone who has pre ordered games before tell me how it works when it comes to emails and all that????

So, I put up a post this morning about how frustrating this effing game(Battlefield 6) is because I tried to play for a bit and the netcode crap was constant. Last night things were good.

Tonight, I fired it up to play a bit and things have pretty good, dying sucks, of course, but when I die legitimately, being beaten by a better player or making bad decisions, I can deal with it. And that's how the game has been working tonight.

Here's my question: as the night has worn on, I'm starting to get odd buggieness ... Loading screen not rendering my character, select a mode and the game gives me the title of a different mode... Then changes back... And I've started to come across the wonderful netcode crap in-game.

Matchmaking has seemingly gotten worse as well with each game. I have not seen ANY network issues at all. I have really good Internet and it's been steady all evening, 4 or 5 ping and no packet loss spikes at all.

Sooo... Is my Xbox bugging? Maybe a cache issue? Idk what else would make things get worse and worse as I play thru the night.

If anybody has anything, I'd love to know.

My dad has had this Xbox since it came out and recently gave it to me because i moved and i don't have WIFI and the console has never had issues, i put in a disc it played and or downloaded and i played it. Very fucking simple, But know with the disc I OWN it say i cant play the game because i don't have access to the internet. So, why cant i play games i own, are downloaded onto my device and i one the discs for? I have the discs, All the games i want to play are downloaded, all the games i want to play have been recently updated (when i had internet) because i knew they're a few Updates behind.

I’m starting to think it’s defective because that’s not normal at all lol. My WiFi isn’t the problem, I made sure by testing my other console, rebooting, etc.
