Hi, I've had an Xbox for 3-4 years now but out of the blue my purchases didnt work, everytime I've tried to buy something in the Xbox store it says "oops something happened" and it doesn't let me do anything, so I've tried buying on Microsoft and the Xbox app, because of an error I've bought the window version of the product I was trying to buy (auric cells for dead by daylight) and now it says they denied my refund request so I'm trying to understand why because when I read it says that "it's denied due to refund policy" the only thing I could find it's the bot that tells me that if I've used the product I can't refunded it but the thing is, I can't use or even see the product, can someone help me? I would like to know why my Xbox store doesn't allow me to buy anything without an error and why I can't refund the purchase

1- edit - I've talk with Microsoft support and they seem to have helped me, I just need to wait and see if the money comes back to my account, thanks for the help

Hiii, I've seen the new offer in the store but I don't have the money to buy feline fashion directly so I was thinking about trying to open the pack offer, the thing is idk if the special intro comes with the skin if a pack gives it to me or if it only comes if I purchase the skin directly 😭

I'm just angry right now because all of my controllers have stick drift and I don't have money to get a new controller nor I have money to get a pc 😭 I just wish more games let the player decide if they want to play controller or mouse and keyboard like fornite and overwatch 😞 i don't care if I have to play with pc people only just please let me play with mouse and keyboard, I really love this game but when you lose every fight because you can't get your camera to stay still it's just depressing, I only blame Xbox for making so all of their controllers get stick drift easily 😞 sorry if this annoys you it's just that I'm really sad and angry because of this 😞 have a good day sorry for the negativity

Hi, I've never really been interested in card games but a friend got me to play the one piece game and it was fun, in my research of learning card games I discovered the card sky striker ace - raye and since then I really want to learn how to play and how to get a good deck, I've tried to play with my friend but she just defeats me in one turn, I have also tried the mobile game (and discovered there was a short of history mode of sky striker, I discovered the deck is pretty fun) but the thing is, my friend doesn't like YuGiOh and prefers one piece, and everytime I try to play online I just lose in one turn lmao, I've been reading cards and trying to understand different things but it would help if someone here could help me a little, Im just so lost right now lol.

Long story short, I really want to learn how to play something that contains sky striker (maybe the deck the mobile game gives you) and how to play so I can have 2 turns lmao.

Hello, me and my friend used to play apex like 3 years ago and now want to come back, the thing is that he now has a pc and I got used to play games like overwatch, fornite and dead by daylight in mouse and keyboard, I don't know if this game allows it, all of my controllers now have drift so I just used them to play games like persona or other RPGs and I don't really have the money to buy a new controller, I also wanted to ask how is the game right now, I remember it being pretty fun and the reason I wanted to come back is because I miss Wattson and I saw a new skin that looks so good, idk if the game is in a bad state right now or if we could come back and it will still be "the same" game (obviously not the same but, like a close thing), thank you everyone for the answers and have a good day.
