Obscure Horror Movie
I saw this horror movie when I was very young, and I haven't had any luck figuring out what it could possibly be.
It was about some kind of illness that turned people into things kind of like zombies, but they were identical to humans except they had black blood. The two scenes I remember are:
In a bunker of some sort, the protagonists see a girl, and are immediately suspicious that she's one of them. They cut her hand, and find out she is human. For some reason they decide to leave anyway and the scene ends with the girl washing the blood off her hand in a nearby sink, when a hand reaches out as a junoscare.
In a house, the protagonists (At least one son and one younger daughter) share a tense dinner with their infected parents. They mother starts making the family share how their day was, and when it's the sons turn, the daughter says she's scared. The mother snaps at her, saying it wasn't her turn.
Sorry if this isn't much to go off of. My memory isn't best, so I might be getting a few details mixed up. The tones were very bleak, and the buildings kind of looked apocalyptic. I think it's obscure solely because I haven't been able to find it at all after all these years. (It was seen around 2007-2010) Thanks!
