Hi everyone, I am trying to find a thriller movie that I watched back in like 2007 when I was around 5 years old. So it was released in 2007 or earlier.

I remember a very specific scene:

• The Setup: A man and a woman are driving in a car down a road at night.
• The Appearance: The woman is a blonde with short hair, and she is possibly wearing a tan outfit.
• The Action: The woman suddenly says, "I'm going to be with Johnny," and opens the passenger door, jumping completely out of the moving car
• The Climactic Line: The driver stops, goes back, and finds her on the road. She has a severe head injury on the back of her head. In complete shock, she reaches back, touches the open wound, and says she can feel her brain.

It is definitely a thriller/suspense style film, not a comedy. Does anyone recognize this scene or know the title? Thank you!

No earlier than 1969 and no later than 1972 I saw a strange movie. A young woman, possibly recently released from a mental institution, was sent to an isolated house in the country to recover. She witnessed a number of frightening events which no one else did (or claimed they did not). All these events were to terrify her of a certain woman whom she did not know. One day that woman showed up. She was sitting on the couch and the main character rushed at her with a large knife and stabbed her. Luckily a coat button or something kept her from being seriously injured. The whole thing turned out to be a setup to get rid of both women by tricking the one into killing the other. It was very scary but the evil plot failed. Thanks to anyone who can identify this.

Hi! I saw a clip from a movie somewhere where a young girl is having a conversation with two bugs in her hand, possibly worms…. in my memory she was thanking them for their help and they were like “we have to go now” but it’s possible I’m misremembering. Had a very dreamlike vibe. I thought that it might have been Phenomena but I watched it last night and it was definitely a different movie. Any guesses? Googling has not been fruitful.

Basically, when I was about 10 or 11 (I’m now 18) I got downloaded a movie into my USB, since I was in Cuba and I didn’t have internet in my house myself, also, I only watched less than 20 minutes of the movie because it was too disturbing for a little kid like me 😭.

This movie had a Coraline kind of style but more anguishing, dark and desaturated, so it was a 3D modeled/animated movie that had this cartoon style but in a very dark and anguishing aesthetic.

The protagonist, well most likely protagonist, was a little kid with dark short hair, and this kind of emotionless, void personality, very very strange, I think maybe also some eyebags and like this depressed face… the mom seemed very depressed and stressed, I think because of her husband or ex husband, oh and she also had dark hair.

(TW MENTION OF PILL ABUSE, DEATH, GRAPHIC)

Basically I remember one of the first scenes was the kid, I think eating cereal or some kind of food, and he was watching a live tv show on an old tv (📺), he seemed to have some kind of telekinesis powers and (I THINK with his eyes open) started to concentrate and to loose the bolts that were holding the stage lights, basically the live tv broadcast was recording a stage and the girl being broadcasted was talking or dancing maybe (maybe she was blonde?). Well basically the kid looses the bolts with his mind and the stage lights fall on the girl, and the scene is kinda of gory as I remember you can see blood and the head of the girl kinda being blown open… yeah…
Another scene was the kid vomiting but very visible and graphic too, maybe for the same telekinesis powers kinda he had, it was very graphic, and I THINK the scene of the vomit was part of this scene because he vomited after the TV broadcast ended, or in general after the woman died.

Another scene is the mother in the bathroom, maybe light blue, and she was looking at the mirror and started taking a lot of pills from these classic plastic orange bottles, she seemed very distressed and I THINK she was looking at a man’s picture or maybe she was distressed for the kid being like that… also I THINK the kid then finds the pill bottles in the bathroom but seems very indifferent but kinda sad and disappointed..

I cannot remember this stupid movie...

I saw it in the early 00s, likely lower budget.

There was this buried crate on a beach. Some people found it and argued about it a little, some guy took a ton of bullets while running (seriously like a dozen center mass shots, definitely was not supernatural, was just a guy) towards the end of this scene.

The box later was taken into some room, and these people would sit in the room with it maybe to guard it or watch it.

The only scene I remember vividly is there was some creature in the box that eventually revealed itself, in that room, with some guy.

It was feeding him paranoid thoughts or something, to turn against some people, maybe the rest of the group.

I just remember repetition of that guy angrily yelling "FUCK THEM!", crying in the next scene, repeating in slightly different contexts - Dad stopped it there as I was between 7 and 11 at the time of watching.

Hi. Yes the title is super generic. I saw the first 20 mins of this movie last year and I can’t recall the title. For some reason I think that Jake Gyllenhaal is in it but I might be totally wrong. Movie from this century, possibly post 2010.

Movie is neo-noir/thriller.

At the beginning we see in a poor city neighborhood that a girl died or was kidnapped. A very young PI - lives with his girlfriend - who is the main actor is hired by the family against the advice of the police. I remember the PI going into the girl’s room and one of the cops basically threaten him and tells him he’s out of his depth. Then the PI and the girlfriend go to a bar, looking for information, and get threatened by two or three guys. I think - not sure - that the PI is able to talk them out of it. I think that the person that hired the PI was the girls aunt.

I know it’s not a lot. Also, it’s not Nocturnal Animals, Prisoners, Nightcrawler, or Zodiac.

Found in a random youtube short which didn't mention the name

I saw this movie years ago, and it might be a Hulu original. It had a unique title on the longer side.

Basically, a group of friends meet up at a mansion for a college reunion. The main character used to date one of the girls. The whole time they make it a terrible experience for the main character, and he thinks everyone is out to get him. The group hired an imposter to play jokes on him. Near the end, he’s in the center of the room on a stool in front of everyone and he realizes the impostor. And I believe someone dies at the end.

Any help would be great!

I need help finding a movie featuring grey 3d creatures that kill people.

There's a scene where they creatures atack a woman using knives or blades. The animation seems to be a mix of 3d animation and live action.

I've been trying to identify a specific movie for years and have never managed to find it, so I thought I'd ask here.

When I was in my early teens, my brother and some of his friends were watching a movie. I joined them without knowing what it was, and almost immediately walked in on a scene that got a little too spicy for teenage me. I promptly fled. lol

For some reason, though, that scene has stuck in my head for decades, and at this point it feels like an open thread I need to close. I just want to finally figure out what movie it was and watch the damn thing.

What I remember:

It was definitely some kind of horror movie. I vaguely remember a crazy man, possibly a doctor or scientist, although I'm much less certain about that part.

The scene I remember clearly involved some kind of monster or zombie chasing a woman who looked like a nurse or female doctor. She was running away screaming through what looked like an empty industrial building, factory, or warehouse.

At some point she trips, possibly on her own lab coat or something similar, and it tears/shreds open as she falls. She ends up on the floor in white lingerie.

That was the exact moment teenage me decided: "Ah. Perhaps this movie is not intended for my demographic." And I fled.

A few other details:

• It has to be from before roughly 2005, and is probably quite a bit older.
• The setting looked industrial: empty factory/warehouse type environment.
• It did not seem particularly sci-fi from what I remember.
• The creature looked more like a zombie/monster than something technological or alien.
• My memory of the doctor/scientist part is much less reliable than my memory of the chase scene.

Movies I've already ruled out:

• Re-Animator (1985)
• The Return of the Living Dead (1985)
• Breeders (1986)
• Let Sleeping Corpses Lie / The Living Dead at Manchester Morgue (1974)
• The Incredible Melting Man (1977)

Breeders was actually a surprisingly close suggestion in terms of overall vibe, but it's definitely not the one.

I realize this is an absurdly specific and simultaneously useless collection of memories, but does this ring a bell for anyone?

The only thing i remember about this movie is getting it from a kmart bargain bin with 3 other movies in a pack, it was a live action movie about 3 children going to visit their grandmother on her farm? or big property something like that and the grandmothers mothers ghost interacted with one of the kids that was a ghost hunter i think? one of the other movies on the pack was a movie about puppys but i never finished it - did i hallucinate this?
