Hey folks! 👋

Seeing some new users getting stuck on the registration process, especially when the device asks for a network connection out of nowhere. To make sure nobody gets left behind, I broke down the entire process into a foolproof, screen-by-screen checklist.

If you just got your device, simply follow these exact steps (check the attached screenshots!):

Step 1

**Step 1: Hit "Sign Up" 🔍**Start by tapping the profile icon or trying to access the AI menu. When the login window pops up, don't type in the main boxes yet! Make sure you tap the "Sign up now" text at the top right of the prompt.

Step 2: The Wi-Fi Warning ⚠️ Here is where most people get stuck! You can't register offline. The system will prompt you that an internet connection is required. Don't panic, just tap "Go to Settings" or pull down the top menu.

Step 3: Get Connected 📶 In the Wi-Fi settings, toggle the Wi-Fi on, select your home network, type in your Wi-Fi password, and make sure it says "Connected". Now, head back to the registration screen.

Step 4: Enter Your Email 📧 (PAY ATTENTION HERE) Now that we are online, type in your email address. CRUCIAL DETAIL: The email field is case-sensitive! Double-check that your device's keyboard didn't automatically capitalize the first letter of your email by mistake.

Step 5: Request the Verification Code 📩 Tap the "Get Code" button right next to your email address.

Step 6: Check your inbox & input the code 📬🔢 Grab your phone or laptop, open your email to find the message from AINOTE, and type that verification code right back into the registration screen. (Pro-tip: If you don't see the email within 60 seconds, immediately check your Spam/Junk folder!)

Step 7

**Step 7: The Web browser route.**Typing on an e-ink screen not your vibe? All good! Just hop onto the AINOTE official website on your computer, hit "Register" in the top right corner, and fly through it with your physical keyboard. ⌨️💨

Step 8

Step 8: Welcome to the Ecosystem! 🎉 📸Tap the final "Sign In / Sign Up" button. You're officially registered and ready to use all the amazing cloud and AI features!

1. Make sure you're online! First things first: the real-time voice transcription needs the internet to do its magic. Just pull down your quick settings panel and hook up to your Wi-Fi. (If you're offline, the transcription simply won't start, so don't skip this!). 📶

2. Take the mic for a spin. Time to test it out! Open up a fresh note, tap that little microphone icon in the top toolbar, and just start chatting. If all is good, you'll see your words popping up on the screen in real-time. It’s actually pretty satisfying to watch! 😎

3. Log in to unlock the AI brain. Want to use the really cool stuff like automated meeting summaries? You gotta be logged into your account. The prompt will automatically pop up the second you try to access the AI menu, so just punch in your details. 🔐

4. Check those Sync & Handwriting settings. Right after logging in, don't forget this crucial part! Make sure both "Auto-sync to AINOTE Cloud" and "Handwriting Recognition" are toggled ON. This helps the AI actually understand all your messy scribbles alongside the audio. ✨

5. Time to play with the AI ​​features! Now you're fully loaded. Go back to your note and tap the little "Star" or "AI" icon above. You'll see a dropdown with all your new superpowers: AIAide, Meeting Minutes, Text Creation, etc. 🪄

6. The main event: Making Meeting Minutes! Let's put this thing to work. Tap on "Meeting Minutes" in that AI menu. The device will take all that raw voice transcription text and instantly organize it for you—complete with attendees, key discussion points, and action items. Super clean, super fast. 📝🔥

First things first: OCR needs the internet, so make sure you’re online before you start.

💻After you finish your handwritten notes, tap [Settings] → [OCR & Format] → [Accept], and your text will appear in your notes.

🤔After updating, go to [Settings] → [General] → [Region & Language],reinstall your language package and select it. OCR supports 155 languages, so ensure the correct language is installed and enabled.
